TEEM Publication and Rights

TEEM evaluations will be sent to the publisher/supplier prior to publication on the TEEM site. The supplier has no rights to edit the evaluations but can choose not to have the evaluation published on the TEEM site providing TEEM are notified within 7 days of the supplier having received the evaluation. TEEM should be notified of factual errors within the evaluation within 7 days of receipt by the supplier. These will be followed up with the evaluator and amended.

TEEM evaluations are the copyright of Sparrowhawk & Heald Ltd. Suppliers of the products can reuse the evaluations for their own business activities but must credit TEEM. If you also wish to use the TEEM logo, please contact ysanne@sparrowhawkandheald.co.uk

Disclaimer: TEEM reserve the right to omit a product from the TEEM database if it is assessed to be insufficiently relevant to the National Curriculum or for use in schools. Suppliers will be given a full explanation of such a decision, and invited to respond.

Prices and payment: Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT which will be added at the standard rate. Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice. We reserve the right to vary prices when necessary.
