Primary Living Worksheets is an invaluable classroom resource for use alongside a Maths scheme. When it was first produced, it was very good, this new improved version is excellent. Maths worksheets, starters and puzzles are all viewed in Excel, using Microsoft Explorer to navigate around the resource. Students can work at their own pace and instant feedback is given to their answers. It is designed for use at KS2 and even contains worksheets for Year 7 pupils which is handy for Year 6 teachers who need extension activities. Teachers are able to support all levels of ability in all year groups. References are made to the NNS where appropriate. Primary Living Worksheets is produced by a teacher who appears to have thought of everything! Read KS2 evaluation... |

The title was used with Year 6 children and we were looking at the use of the four operations. We used the title as a support to an input, during the main part of the lessons on laptops and during the plenary sessions. All very useful opportuntities to make the most of the immediate feedback given. Children were motivated both by correct and wrong answers, rising to the challenge of wanting to get everything correct. The program supports both mental and written strategies and provides both useful worksheet exercises and points for discussion. An extremely useful resource with a vast array of worksheets to support the full Numeracy Curriculum across levels 3, 4 and 5 which means you can cater for differing abilities within a classroom. I found the product really helpful especially in terms of assessment, with children able to save their worksheets, I could easily access them to see the self marked worksheet and score. This product will undoutedly be of great use within our school. Read KS2 evaluation... |
