Oxford English eQuest is an innovative approach to Speaking and Listening through ICT. It gives opportunities for children who are playing a computer game together to talk to each other and to learn from each other through this interaction. Many of the NLS Literacy objectives are also covered in the eQuest sessions.The program facilitates the integration of ICT across the Curriculum and although it is not intended to teach the content of the schemes of work for History, Geography and Science in detail, the eQuest missions link well to these areas. The program has been thoroughly researched so that the content is relevant for the year group for which it is intended. The quality of both the onscreen and paper resources is excellent.
