Despite a couple of minor points, mainly cosmetic, this CD-ROM is absolutely perfect for delivering a range of Technology and ICT-related topics. I have no doubt that it will become an indispensable part of my own software library and its plethora of uses goes far, far beyond those which I used it for. I have found that the program has given me the opportunity to teach programming in a much more exciting way than ever before. Schools with limited resources, especially expensive control apparatus, will benefit greatly from this package.

I used the program to introduce the thorny topic of programming to a group of Year 10 students who had never written a computer program before. This was by way of filling a gap within their Key Stage 4 ICT examination course. I wanted something that could deal with this topic quickly and efficiently and which, once introduced, students could then use in their own time and at their own pace. In previous years I have found it difficult to introduce programming to my students in a way that is interesting and enjoyable for them. I was extremely pleased with the way in which Crocodile Technology made this possible. By using only a very small section of the CD-ROM's contents, namely the Programming unit, I was able to obtain more positive results than has been the case in the past.
