I did not find this to be a great site. The information was fine, but presentation and language was off-putting for pupils. Complicated language was used at one level, but the supporting information was far simpler - not stretching brighter pupils particularly and confusing others. The site supplies information on the organ systems of the human body and is most relevant to science at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

I would probably use the site in the same way again. Demonstrate it to show what can be done and to get over the initial language difficulties. Then, set pupils working individually (or in pairs) to produce answers to a set question sheet based on the site. Either another site, or CD-ROMs like Encarta, or The Human Body need to be used to provide a better variety of images.
