The general impression of the site is very good, but only if the site map is used as navigation through the site because the icons and written links can be confusing to pupils. The content covers Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 and in some sections, possibly beyond. It is aimed at the American market and thus more suited to their Curriculum, but with thorough planning, can be a useful information tool for pupils. Read KS3 evaluation... |

The site is fairly self-explanatory, but you need to be aware of American spellings due to the source of the website. If I were to use the website for other areas, I would probably make up a worksheet to help guide the pupils through the areas I wanted them to see and also include questions for them to answer to make sure that they went to all the pages I wanted them to and to ensure they read the information carefully.
